The hotel's location is not very convenient as it takes several minutes to reach restaurants and shops. taxi services are available and budget-friendly. the bedding is uncomfortable, and the carpets are old. the amenities provided in the room are basic, and the service could use more work. the courteous staff is willing to help and serve. the breakfast menu offers a decent selection at an affordable price point.

The heating/cooling system is not flawless, and in cold weather, it may cause inconvenience.

Had a decent stay during New year's eve. The hotel offers good food with a wide variety of options. The hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants which were useful when we needed something. The hotel also offered us a nice room with comfortable beddings and towels.

The hotel lacked warmth during our stay. Staff was not that friendly or helpful which we found a little disappointing.

The room was decently equipped and the staff was helpful when needed. the hotel's central location made it easy to get around the city on foot or by taxi. I appreciated that breakfast was included with my stay and the selection was decent. the modern decor was a nice touch too.

The mattress was extremely firm and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. the noise level from the street was high, particularly with the sounds coming from the nearby children's school.
